Can you look after a website you did not build?
We can review an existing website first. Its platform, condition, access and third-party dependencies determine whether we can support it and whether any initial remedial work is needed.
Can you move my current website?
Migration can be scoped after checking the current hosting, website files, data, domain records and email arrangements. Email and other services need to be considered before changing DNS.
What is included in a backup?
That depends on the agreed setup. We will discuss which files and databases are covered, the schedule, retention and the restore process. Ask about any external service that stores data outside the website itself.
Is support unlimited?
No unlimited support promise is assumed. We agree what is covered, how requests are raised and when larger changes or additional work need a separate quote.
